Inbound marketing makes great use of blogging. Typically, the more frequent the blog posts, the better. But this requires a regular supply of blog post ideas. And ideas can often be difficult to generate, especially week after week.

You may be an owner acting as your own marketing manager, or possibly a staffer who has been tasked with publishing the company blog every week or so. Either way, you have probably discovered that, while the blog is a good idea and it can generate traffic for your website, feeding the insatiable beast with blog post articles can be challenging.

You have come up with some great blog post ideas based on what your clients have asked - you also have a good idea what your clients want to know from studying your market segment. But before you turn these blog post ideas into articles, you want to make sure that your articles are going to be searched and found by the right audience.

How do you do that? Great question! One of the first criteria to consider is keywords. Keywords or keyword phrases are the words your prospects type into Google, Bing or Yahoo when they start searching for information to solve the problem or issue they may have.
