Seems like we were just singing praises about SMART goals last time and here I am about to question them. I’m sure you must think I am out of my mind, but I’m not. In fact I am in my right mind and that is the problem. Some folks think that SMART goals only use the left part of the brain and that makes them hard to accomplish.
