- Go to your website dashboard to see if you have received any comments. Thank your commenter by name and reply. If you have received a negative comment, you have a chance here to make things right. Remember others are watching.
- Go to your Facebook Fan Page and make your comment. Then stay there for a little while. Someone might make a remark and you want to be there for him or her. Don’t forget to thank everyone by name. You also need to check your page at least two other times a day.
- There are many programs available that help you keep track of remarks, retweets and direct mentions you receive from Twitter. It’s a good idea to keep such programs either on or checked regularly several times a day after you post.
